摘要
目的 观察中缝大核 (NRM )内微量注射神经降压素对大鼠痛阈的影响 ,探讨中缝大核内神经降压素在痛行为调制中的作用。方法 以钾离子透入法引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度 (mA)为痛行为反应的指标 ,观察向NRM内注射神经降压素对大鼠痛行为反应的影响。结果 NRM内注入神经降压素后 ,大鼠的痛阈明显增加 ,并在一定范围内呈明确的剂量 -效应关系。结论 NRM内的神经降压素在痛觉调制的复杂过程中发挥着一定作用。
Objective To study the effect of Neurotensin(NT) on pain threshold in nucleus raphe magnus(NRM).Methods The potassium iontophoresis induced tail-flick was used to measure the pain threshold. Results NT administration induced a enhancement of pain threshold .These effects were dose-dependent within the range of 50ng to 200ng.Conclusion These data suggest that NT in NRM plays an importment role in the analgesia.
