摘要
在研究了注射制品熔接痕的类型及形成条件的基础上 ,从制品材料及其功能结构 ,模具设计与成型工艺等各环节 ,分析了影响制品熔接痕的因素 ,并针对不同影响因素 。
On the basis of the research of the type and forming condition of the fusion line of the injection-moulded part, the factors that affect the fusion line were fully analyzed on the aspects of material and its function structure, design of the mould and forming techniques. Corresponding control measures were given according to different affecting factors.
