急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗时冠状动脉再通的临床指标的评价 被引量：1

Evaluation of clinical criteria of coronary artery recanalization after thrombolytic therapy in acute myocardial infarction

摘要 对 2 43例急性心肌梗死患者的临床表现 ,酶学变化与冠脉造影结果的关系进行分析。结果 :胸痛迅速缓解 ,发生再灌注心律失常单独判断冠脉再通其敏感性及特异性较低。溶栓开始后 2 h内升高的 ST段的改善度 % ∑ ST有较好的敏感性和特异性。提示 :CK或 CK-MB峰值提前是判断再通的一个可靠指标。
