摘要 提出了一种适合于视频数据的代理策略分块代理 ,这种策略将视频节目按一定分块函数进行分块 ,并根据节目流行程度和块大小在代理服务器上进行分块代理·仿真结果表明 ,与传统的代理策略相比 ,它可以很好的提高数据的字节点击率 ,降低等待用户的比例· A segment-based caching method for video data was presented. In this method, the media file was divided into segments according to a specific function. The segments were cached in the proxy server depending on a definite replacement factor related to the popularity of the media data and the segment number. Thus, the popular media files and the segments in the front of the files were cached. Compared to traditional caching policies such as FIFO, LRU and LFU, the segment-based proxy could improve byte-hit ratio of the media data and reduce the percentage of the waiting user significantly.
