摘要
目的 :分析纵隔囊性淋巴管瘤的临床特点。方法 :回顾性分析我院 196 6～ 2 0 0 0年收治的 6例纵隔囊性淋巴管瘤的临床资料。结果 :有临床非特异性症状者 4例 ,2例为查体胸片发现纵隔阴影。4例肿瘤位于前纵隔 ,中、后纵隔各 1例。 2例术前明确诊断。 5例囊性淋巴管瘤完整切除 ,1例囊壁少量残留。术后长期随诊无复发。结论 :本病无特异性临床症状和X线表现 ,术前确诊困难 ,外科手术是惟一有效的治疗方法 。
Objective To evaluate the clinical characteristics of mediastinal cystic Lymphangioma(MCL).Methods Retrospective analysis of 6 cases of MCL admitted to our hospital from 1966 to 2000.Results 4 cases had some non specific symptoms,the other 2 cases were diagnosed as mediastinal shadow on the chest film during checkup.4 cases located in the anterior mediastinum,one case in the middle and one case in the posterior.2 cases were diagnosed preoperatively.Complete resection was achieved in 5 cases,little amount of cyst wall was remained in one case.There was no recurrence during long tern follow up.Conclusions There are no specific symptoms and Roentgenological findings.It is very difficult to reach a definite diagnosis preoperatively.Surgical resection is the only effective treatment,with a satisfactory prognosis.
