摘要
传统判断真空开关真空泡是否漏气的主要方法是通过交流耐压试验 ,但事实证明 ,用交流耐压试验并不能完全真正检测到真空开关真空泡漏气与否 ,最有效的方法是检测真空泡的真空度。为此 ,介绍一种可行的检漏方法———利用真空度测试仪检测 ,并介绍真空度测试仪的原理及其实际应用 ,实践说明真空度测试仪能更加准确地反映真空泡的运行状况。
The main traditional method of testing the leakage of the vacuum switch vacuum tubes is by means of AC voltage endurance tests. However, it has been proven that the AC voltage endurance tests do not thoroughly detect the leakage of the vacuum switches. The most effective way is to test the vacuity of the vacuum tube. Therefore, a feasible method of testing by means of vacuity tester is introduced here. This article gives a description on the basic principles and practical utilization of such vacuity testers. Practical applications have shown that this instrument is able to reflect the operational status of the vacuum tubes in an error-free way.
