摘要
本文主要介绍PLC在PSA系列医用制氧设备中的应用,着重从硬件电路和软件编程两方面阐述:利用OMRONCQM1H型PLC设计一种用于PSA系列医用制氧设备的控制系统。实验表明:该控制系统可实现设备运行过程的全自动控制,同时还具有故障自诊断与自校正功能,并为设备提供制氧流程在线优化手段,使设备经流程优化后氧收率由原来的40%提高到50%。
The paper introduced the application of PLC in the PSA series medical oxygen generator. It was described mainly in hardware and software in which a control system of the PSA series medical oxygen generator was designed by using OMRON CQM1H PLC. The experiments results showed that it is characterized by auto-control when running, self-diagnosis of malfunction and self-emendation, optimization of oxygen flow on line. The oxygen -receiving ratio was improved from 40 percent to 50 percent.
