摘要
基于GPS技术的广域相量测量是近年来发展的新技术,作者阐述了同步相量测量技术的原理及其在电力系统中稳定监测的应用,即功角实时监测,并介绍了华东电网多功能功角实时监测系统的构成及其在华东电网的应用及发展。
The wide area phasor measurement based on GPS is a new technology developed in recent years. In this paper the principle of synchronous phasor measurement technology and its application in stability monitoring of power system, i.e.,the real-time power angle monitoring, is expounded. The structure of multi-function real-time power angle monitoring system for East China Power Grid and its development and application is presented.
