摘要 针对淮安四站全调节立式轴流泵在运行中或停机后不必拆卸叶轮就可在一定范围内任意调节叶片的安放角是否影响水泵流量—扬程性能曲线的问题,在最小二乘法拟合水泵性能曲线的基础上进行马尔科夫处理,提出了多项式—马尔科夫组合模型曲线拟合方法。通过对比分析多项式—马尔科夫组合模型拟合法与传统的多项式算法的差异,证明多项式—马尔科夫组合模型具有更高的拟合精度,可大大提高水泵流量—扬程性能曲线的准确度。 Concerning the adjustable vertical axial-flow pump in Huaian Forth Pump Station, to figure out whether adjusted blade setting angles within a certain range during running or after shutdown without blade dismantlement, would have impact on pump flow-lift curve. Markov processing based on least squares method curve fitting, this paper proposes polynomial-Markov combination model curve fitting method. Through comparing and analyzing the differences between this new method and the traditional least squares curve fitting, the result shows that polynomial-Markov model can great- ly improve the accuracy of pump flow-lift characteristic curve fitting.
