摘要
目的分析老年患者呼吸道感染的主要病原菌及药敏试验结果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2011年9月-2013年2月182例呼吸道感染的老年患者为观察对象,分析痰标本检出的主要病原菌分布和药敏试验结果;采用SPSS19.0统计软件进行数据处理。结果 182例老年患者中检出156株病原菌,其中以肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌为主,分别占30.13%、17.95%、17.95%;肺炎克雷伯菌对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦耐药率为57.45%、对万古霉素敏感;大肠埃希菌对环丙沙星耐药率为71.43%、对亚胺培南敏感;金黄色葡萄球菌对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦耐药率为78.57%、对万古霉素敏感。结论老年患者呼吸道感染病原菌以肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌、鲍氏不动杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌等为主,各主要病原菌对万古霉素均敏感,金黄色葡萄球菌对多种抗菌药物耐药。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the main pathogenic bacteria and drug susceptibility test in the elderly patients with respiratory tract infection, and provide reference for clinical treatment. METHODS A total of 182 cases of eld- erly patients from Sep. 2011 to Feb. 2013 with respiratory tract infections were selected as the observation ob- jects, and the main pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug susceptibility test results were analyzed by the spu- tum specimens. WHONET5.4 software was used for statistical analysis, and SPSS19.0 software was used for data processing. RESULTS In the 182 cases of elderly patients, 156 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected, inclu- ding Klebsiella pneumoniae, accounting for 30. 13% ;E. coli, accounting for 17. 95 % ; Staphylococcus aureus, accounting for 17, 95%. In the 47 strains of Klebsiella pneumonia, 27 strains were resistant to piperacillin tazobactam, and the resistant rate was 57.45% ; and all of them were sensitive to vancomycin. In the 28 strains of E. coli were resistant to ciprofloxacin, and the resistant rate was 71.43%; all of them were sensitive to imipen- em, the resistant rate of 0%. In the 28 strains of drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, 22 strains were resistant to piperacillin tazobectam, the resistant rate was 78.57% ; and all of them were sensitive to vancomycin, the re- sistant rate of 0%. CONCLUSION The elderly respiratory tract infection pathogens are K. pneumonia, E. coli, A. baumannii and S. aureus. The main pathogenic bacteria were sensitive to vancomyein, drug-resistant S. au- reus is resistant to kinds of antimicrobial agents.
