摘要
胃癌肝转移(gastric cancer with liver metastases,GCLM)分为可切除与不可切除两种情况,是晚期胃癌临床治疗的难点之一,其治疗方案尚无定论。在更多高级别的循证医学证据发布之前,多学科及个体化治疗为其主要的治疗方案。目前,多学科团队(multidisciplinary team,MDT)综合治疗已取得较好的疗效,因此,严格掌控各种治疗方法的适应证变得至关重要。
Gastric cancer with liver metastases（GCLM） includes resectable and unresectable GCLM, which remains to be a challenge in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.The strategy is still controversial. Before more high-level evidence-based medicine information shows up, the multidisciplinary and individualized treatment is still needed.As some GCLM patients have benefited from the multidisciplinary team（MDT） treatment, the indications of all kinds of treatments become crucial extremely.
