产纤维素酶里氏木霉的研究进展 被引量:17

摘要 里氏木霉在生产纤维素酶方面具有很多优点,如生长环境粗放、稳定性好、产酶效率高、纤维素酶的各组分结构较为合理等。主要介绍了里氏木霉产纤维素酶高产菌株的筛选方法,包括自然育种、诱变育种、原生质体融合、基因工程和酶分子改造等。并对里氏木霉生产的纤维素酶在食品、动物饲料和医药等领域中的应用和前景展望进行了简单阐述。 Trichoderma reesei has many advantages in cellulase production, such as the extensive of growth environment, good stability, efficient enzyme production, reasonable mold structure of cellulase components. The screening method of high cellulase producing strain by Trichoderma reesei was described, including nature selective breeding, mutation breeding, protolast fusion, genetic engineering, enzyme modification and so on. Furthermore, a brief exposition was made in the application and outlook of cellulase enzymes produced by Trichoderma reesei in food, animal feed,medicine and other fields.
