摘要
借助美国道路通行能力手册(HCM2000)中提供的道路交通干线协调控制优化算法模型,以及交通信号协调及配时设计软件Synchro,并据此对淮海中路一线进行了干线协调控制优化。结果表明:(1)干线协调控制能够有效提高城市干道通行能力,依据结果进行干线联控优化后,车均延误降低16.38%,平均车速提高12.50%,行程耗时减少13.88%;(2)随着有单电控制向干线协调控制的优化,燃料消耗及污染物排放都能显著减少,对应结果表明,干线协调控制后燃料消耗及污染物排放均可减少约10%。由此可对城市干道协调控制研究提供参考,并可对节能减排实现定量分析。
Traffic pollution is increasingly serious, this paper with the aid of the Highway Capacity Manual (HCM2000) which provides coordinated control model optimization algorithm, and the traffic signal coordination and timing design software Synchro, and on the basis of data of Huaihai Middle Road, we conduct the arterial coordination control optimization. Results show that: (I) The arterial coordination control could effectively improve the urban trunk road traffic capacity, on the basis of the results after the arterial spreading optimization, car delays reduced by 16.38%, and 12.50% increase in average speed and travel time reduced by 13.88%. (2) With the changing from the single electric control to arterial coordination control optimization, it could significantly reduce the fuel consumption and pollutant emissions, the corresponding results indicate that the fuel consumption and pollutant discharge after arterial coordination control could reduce by 10%. So this paper could be referenced for the study of urban trunk road coordination control, and realized the quantitative analysis of energy saving and emission reduction.
