摘要
以青海野生中国沙棘的嫩叶为材料,扩增其P5CS基因并进行序列测定。结果表明:所得的中国沙棘的P5CS基因的碱基数量为434bp,其中A碱基115个,T碱基119个,G碱基107个,C碱基93个。另外,通过对中国沙棘P5CS基因的氨基酸的序列分析显示,所得P5CS基因片段编码144个氨基酸,其中强碱性氨基酸21个,强酸性氨基酸8个,疏水性氨基酸53个,亲水性氨基酸34个。
The fragment of P5CSof wild Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis in Qinghai province was amplified by the specific primers,then the nucleotide sequence and amino acid sequence of P5CSwas identified.The sequence analysis indicated that the total length of P5CSwas 434bp,and the nucleotide composition analysis showed that the number of A,T,G,C were 115,119,107and 93,respectively.On the other hand,the total length of amino acid was 144,and the animo acid composition analysis deonstrated that there were 21strongly basic(+)amino acids,8strongly acidic(-)amino acids,53hydrophobic amino acids and 34polar amino acids.
