摘要
目的观察舒血宁注射液对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血液流变学和经颅多普勒(TCD)指标的影响。方法选取血糖稳定的T2DM且伴有高黏血症、脑动脉供血不足患者53例,用舒血宁注射液治疗2周。比较治疗前后血液流变学和TCD指标变化。结果治疗前后患者全血黏度(低切、高切)、血浆黏度、红细胞比容虽有所下降,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后血浆纤维蛋白原浓度和血小板聚集率明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),椎动脉、基底动脉、大脑后动脉、大脑中动脉及大脑前动脉血流速度明显增加(P<0.01)。结论舒血宁注射液能够改善血浆纤维蛋白原浓度、血小板聚集率与脑血流速度,从而改善头晕等症状。
Objective To observe the effect of Shuxuening injection on hemorheology and transcranial Doppler indexes of type 2 diabetic patient. Methods 53 blood sugar stable T2DM with hyperviscosity,cerebral arterial insufficiency were selected and treated by Shuxuening injection for two weeks. Hemorheology and transcranial Doppler indexes before and after treatment were compared. Results There was no significant difference between before and after treatment on Low shear whole blood viscosity,high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit（ P〉 0.05）. Plasma fibrinogen concentration and platelet aggregation was significantly lower（ P〈 0.01,P〈 0.05）.Corresponding blood flow velocity was significantly increased（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Shuxuening injection can improve plasma fibrinogen concentration,platelet aggregation and cerebral blood flow velocity,thereby improving dizziness and other symptoms.
