摘要
以武汉市洪山区胜利村城中村改造项目中房屋面积测算为实例,论述了多时态航空数码影像应用于房屋拆迁量测算工作中的优势。并结合遥感航测技术制定的生产技术方案,为房屋拆迁补偿提供依据,以实现城市建设发展的科学管理,并探讨总结了提高生产效率的若干技术要点。
Taking the house area calculation in Shengli urban village renewal program in Hongshan district in Wuhan as an example ,the advantages of multi-time scale aerial digital images used in housing demolition calculation have been discussed in this paper .Solutions making full use of remote sensing and aerial surveying technology was schemed so as to provide evidence for house removal compensation and finally to realize scientific management on urban construction de -velopment .Technical points in improving production efficiency have also been summarized in the paper .
