摘要
目的探讨在成人麻疹中应用痰热清注射液治疗的临床效果。方法 76例成人麻疹患者进行随机数表法分组,每组38例,其中对照组患者应用常规治疗,观察组基于此基础给予痰热清注射液治疗,对两组患者治疗后的临床效果进行分析和对比。结果观察组共有36例患者获得恢复,总有效率为94.74%明显优于对照组的30例78.95%(P<0.05);并且在退热、体温恢复、皮疹消退、咳嗽消除时间和并发症发生率方面,观察组分别为(45.31±5.66)h、(70.19±8.72)h、(54.09±10.35)h、(74.50±13.21)h和10.53%,与对照组的(65.29±6.08)h、(89.24±11.90)h、(85.37±12.14)h、(108.72±14.32)h和28.95%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成人麻疹患者给予痰热清注射液进行治疗,有利于缩短患者的退热、体温恢复、皮疹消退以及咳嗽消除时间和减少并发症发生率,临床疗效明显,并且安全、可靠、有效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of adult measles. Methods Divided 76 cases of adult measles patients into two groups according to random number table method, 38 patients in each group, the control group received conventional treatment, the observation group on the basis of control group given Tanreqing injection treatment, Analyzed and compared the clinical effect of two groups after treatment. Results In observation group, a total of 36 patients were recovered, the total effective rate was 94.74%, which was better than the control group（30 cases, account for 78.95%）, P0.05; and in the recovery of body temperature, fever, skin rash subsided, cough eliminate time and complications, observation group were（45.31±5.66） h,（70.19±8.72） h,（54.09±10.35） h,（74.50±13.21） h and 10.53%, and the control group were（65.29±6.08） h,（89.24±11.90） h,（85.37±12.14） h,（108.72±14.32） h and 28.95%, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Tanreqing injection has a significant clinical effect for adult measles patients in shortening the patient＇s fever, body temperature recovery, the rash subsided and cough eliminate time and complications effectively and safely.
