Correlation between serum ferritin and type 2 diabetes and its complications

摘要 人体铁代谢异常,出现铁超负荷,表现为血清铁蛋白升高,而血清铁蛋白的升高与2型糖尿病及其并发症之间有密切的相关性。二者的关系也正引起人们的重视。本文综述近年有关血清铁蛋白水平与2型糖尿病及其并发症之间的关联性研究进展。 Abnormal iron metabolism and iron overload in human body are characterized by the elevated serum ferritin. Elevated serum ferritin is closely correlated with type 2 diabetes and its complications. This review describes the recent research in serum ferritin and type 2 diabetes and its complications.
