摘要
亚临床甲状腺功能减退是妊娠妇女最常见的妊娠相关性甲状腺疾病,对妇女和后代有着不良影响。因为妊娠生理的特殊性,母体血清甲状腺激素的正常范围和甲状腺激素替代治疗使用的剂量不同于普通人群,本文就妊娠妇女亚临床甲状腺功能减退诊疗研究现状作一综述。
Subclinical hypothyroidism is the most common pregnancy-related thyroid disorder in pregnant women and has many adverse effects on the pregnant women and their offspring. Due to special physiological condition during pregnancy, the normal reference range of serum thyroid stimulating hormone and the dosage of replacement treatment with levothyroxine for pregnant women are different from ordinary people. In this paper, the current status of diagnosis and treatment were reviewed.
