摘要
目的探讨脑脉泰联合盐酸美金刚治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法选取2011—2012年我院收治的血管性痴呆患者80例,随机分为2组,每组40例;分别行盐酸美金刚治疗与联合脑脉泰胶囊治疗。结果治疗6周后2组患者均取得良好效果,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后2组HDS与MMSE评分均比治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),观察组改善更为显著(P<0.05),2组均无严重不良反应发生。结论脑脉泰胶囊联合盐酸美金刚治疗血管性痴呆比单用盐酸美金刚能够有效提高治疗效果,改善患者HDS与MMSE智能评分,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of Naomaitai combined with memantine hydrochloride in treatment of vascular dementia.Methods 80 patients with vascular dementia from 2011 to 2012 years in our hospital were se-lected ,and randomly divided into two groups ,the control group was treated with memantine hydrochloride and the observation＆amp;nbsp;group was treated with memantine hydrochloride combined with Naomaitai capsule.Results After 6 weeks＇treatment ,two groups of patients achieved good therapeutic effect ,the total effective rate of observation group increased more significantly than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment ,HDS and MMSE scores of the two groups improved more signifi-cantly than those before treatment （P〈0.05） ,the observation group improved much more significantly （P〈0.05） ,and there were no serious adverse reactions occurred in two groups. Conclusion Naomaitai Capsule Combined with memantine hydro-chloride in treatment of vascular dementia compared with the single use of memantine hydrochloride can effectively improve the therapeutic effectiveness ,improve the HDS and MMSE scores of patients and has a high clinical value.
