摘要
目的：观察乌司他汀治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将54例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各27例。对照组患者进行常规治疗,并给予奥曲肽,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予乌司他汀,连续给药7~10 d。治疗结束后,比较两组患者腹痛缓解时间、排便恢复时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、腹部压痛消失时间,并对两组患者临床疗效进行比较。结果：治疗结束后,观察组患者腹痛缓解时间、排便恢复时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、腹部压痛消失时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组临床总有效率为92.59%,显著高于对照组的74.07%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：乌司他汀治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ulinastatin in treatment of acute pancreatitis.Method 54 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,27 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment and octreotide.On the basis of this,the patients in the observation group were treated with ulinastatin for 7 ~10 d.After the treatment,the abdominal pain time,bowel recovery time,recovery time of bowel sound,abdominal tenderness disappear time in two groups were compared,and the clinical total effective rate in two groups were compared.Results After the treatment,the abdominal pain time,bowel recovery time,recovery time of bowel sound,abdominal tenderness disappear time of the patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.05） ; The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 92.59%,it was significantly higher than that of the control group （74.07%） ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion The effect of ulinastatin in treatment of acute pancreatitis is significant,it is worthy of being recommended in the clinic.
