摘要 针对铸件尺寸检验过程中,传统的检测手段往往达不到铸造生产自动化的要求的问题,在铸件尺寸检测中引入了无损检测技术。利用无损检测技术,可以直接实现对铸件尺寸进行实时监控。采用无损检测不仅能保证检测的准确性,还能保证检测快速性。 Aimed at the problem that the traditional testing methods often fail to automation requirements in the process of casting size detection, the non-destructive testing techniques was introduced in casting size detection. With the non-destructive testing techniques, casting size can achieve real-time monitoring to ensure the accuracy of detection and rapid detection.
