摘要
目的:研究制痂酊工艺及质量标准。方法:按改进工艺制备制痂酊。采用高效液相色谱法同时测定制痂酊中盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷含量,采用C18(Inertsil ODS-SP5um 4.6mm×150mm)为固定相;乙腈∶0.1%磷酸(45∶55含十二烷基磺酸钠)为流动相。检测波长:265nm;流速:1.0ml·min-1,柱温:室温。结果:黄芩浓度在0.93765~7.500mg·ml-1,范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996;盐酸小檗碱浓度0.456~3.720mg.ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997。结论:制备方法操作简便,含量测定快速准确,可用于制痂酊的制备及质量控制。
Objective:To study the system the scab tincture technology and quality standards. Methods:scab tincture to improve technology preparation system. HPLC was used to simultaneous determination of the content of the system scab tincture of berberine, baicalin in C18 (Inertsil ODS-SP5um 4.6mm ×150mm) as the stationary phase; 0.1% phosphoric acid (45∶55 containing dodecane sulfonate) as the mobile phase. Detection wavelength:265nm;flow rate:1.0ml·min-1, column temperature:room temperature. Results:The concentration of skullcap good 0.93765-7.500mg·ml-1, linear relationship,r=0.9996; concentration of berberine hydrochloride in the range of 0.456-3.720mg·ml linear relationship (r=0.9997). Conclusions:Of the preparation method is simple, fast and accurate content determination can be used for the preparation and quality control of the system scab tincture.
