摘要
目的:观察益生菌制剂对老年功能性便秘患者的疗效和安全性。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的68例老年便秘患者,采用自身对照试验,给予口服益生菌制剂治疗,疗程28 d,观察服药前、后患者胃肠道症状、粪便性状及不良反应情况。结果:经益生菌制剂治疗后,本组患者治疗总有效率为73.53%,无不良反应;相关症状总评分及粪便性状总评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益生菌制剂培菲康治疗功能性便秘安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the efficacy and safety of probiotics on elderly patients with functional constipation .Method：68 cases of elderly constipation patients were treated in author’s hospital,using their own controltest,administered orally probiotics treatment,treatment for 28 d,were observed before treatment,patients with gastrointestinal symptoms,stool and adverse reaction.Result：The probiotics in the treatment of this group of patients after treatment,the total effective rate was 73.53%,no adverse reaction;correlation score of symptoms and stool total score was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Probiotics Bifico is effective and safe in the treatment of functional constipation,worthy of clinical application.
