摘要
软开关技术可以抑制功率因数校正(PFC)电路中功率管开通时的电流上升率di/dt,同时降低关断时的电压上升率du/dt,使整个电路的效率得到提高。介绍了一种无损软开关升压(Boost)功率因数校正变换器,详细分析了电路的工作原理,并以此设计出一台开关频率为100 kHz,功率300 W的样机,并给出实验波形。实验结果表明,加入辅助电路结构可以实现软开关,有效地改善开关管的工作波形。
With soft-switching technology, the power factor correction (PFC) circuit the rate of rise of current di/dt could be limited when switching is on, and the rate of rise of voltage du/dt is reduced when switching is off, the efficiency of the whole circuit is improved. A boost power factor correction converter with lossless soft-switching is introduced, the circuit principle of work is analyzed in detail, and a switching frequency of 100 kHz, power of 300W prototype was designed and the experimental waveform is summarized. Test results show that the auxiliary circuit structure can achieve soft-switching and improve the working waveform effectively.
