摘要
对农药残留检测过程中基质效应的产生机理、影响因素、消除和补偿办法进行了系统阐述。影响基质效应的因素主要包括:目标分析物的结构、性质和浓度;基质的类型和浓度;色谱条件(进样过程、检测器类型、衬管和色谱柱的污染情况以及样品前处理过程等)。目前基质效应的消除与补偿方法主要包括基质匹配法、基质净化法、加入分析保护剂、同位素内标法、优化进样技术法、标准加入法、校正因子校准法等。
The generation mechanism,influencing factors and remedies to eliminate or compensate matrix effect during the detection course of pesticide residues are systematically expounded.The main influencing factors include structure,property and concentration of the target analytes ;types and concentration of matrix; chromatographic condition (sampling process,detector types,screened pipe,pollution status of chromatographic column and sample pretreatment process).The elimination and compensation methods of matrix effect include matrix matching method,matrix purification method,adding analysis protective agent,isotope internal standard method,optimal sampling technique method,standard adding method and correction factor method and so on.
