摘要
针对应用型人才培养的特点，探讨了工程力学课程教学改革的必要性，然后结合教学实践，提出了采用训练式课堂教学方法进行改革的思路，并探讨了训练式课堂教学方法的实施途径和教学效果。
The paper analyzes the necessity for the teaching reform on engineering mecha-nics in the light of the characteristics of application-oriented talent, proposes the training class teaching method and teaching means based on the teaching practice. And discusses the training class teaching method implementation approaches and teaching effect.
