妊娠合并自身免疫性甲状腺疾病患者检测甲状腺功能的价值 被引量：6

摘要 目的：检验妊娠合并自身免疫性甲状腺病（ AITD）患者的有关指标，为孕妇进行常规甲状腺功能检查提供依据。方法将孕妇127例按甲状腺病变情况分为4组：Graves病（ GD）患者30例，桥本甲状腺炎（ HT）患者31例， AITD病史28例，健康孕妇38例；分别在孕早期（孕16～20周）和孕晚期（孕32～40周）用化学发光法检测4组孕妇血TSH、FT4、FT3、TGAb、TPOAb、TRAb等指标；用酶联免疫吸附试验检测白细胞介素-17水平。结果孕早期及孕晚期检验结果均显示GD组、HT组、病史组TGAb、TPOAb、TRAb、IL-17水平均明显升高（ P均＜0．01），与健康组比较差异均有统计学意义（ P均＜0．01）。结论妊娠合并AITD患者的TGAb、TPOAb、TRAb、IL-17显著升高，疑似患有AITD及有既往病史的孕妇在妊娠前及妊娠期常规进行甲状腺功能及IL-17水平检测。
