摘要
本文基于不同情境下海水淹溺心脏骤停的基本规律,结合海水淹溺临床心肺复苏的实际需求,从海水淹溺特殊化心肺复苏程序,海水淹溺特殊化心肺复苏方法(即海姆立克心肺复苏、腹部提压心肺复苏、人工膜肺心肺复苏、控制复温心肺复苏),海水淹溺特殊化心肺复苏时限等方面阐述了海水淹溺这一特殊情形下心肺复苏技法要领,以提高海水淹溺患者心肺复苏的成功率与生存率。
Based on the basic rules of seawater drowning cardiac arrest in different situations,and combined with the actual demand of seawater drowning clinical cardiopulmonary resuscitation（ CPR）,this article illustrated the main points of cardiac arrest caused by seawater drowning and focused on three aspects including procedures,methods,and time limitations to seek for a way to improve the survival rate. The specialized CPR methods for seawater drowning consist of the Heimlich maneuver,the abdominal lifting and compression,the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,and the controlled re-warming CPR.
