摘要
订单培养模式在高等职业教育中发挥了重要作用,它对高职学生就业起到了巨大的促进作用,但同时,订单培养在实施过程中也存在着许多问题,因此,找出问题、解决问题、建立订单培养的长效机制是当前高职院校急需解决的问题。
The order-based cultivation mode plays a very important role in high vocational education, which greatly promotes the employment of high vocational students. However, there are lots of problems existing in the carrying-out process of order-based cultiva- tion pattern. Therefore, to figure out and solve the problems, and also to establish a long-term effective mechanism are the most urgent tasks for the high vocational schools.
