摘要
区域综合承载力是衡量可持续发展状况的有效途径之一。针对当前区域综合承载力研究的不足,综合考虑区域压力、承压和区域交流等方面的因素,根据河南省经济社会发展状况,建立区域综合承载力动态评价指标体系。结合模糊物元的评价方法,构建可应用于区域综合承载力评价的模糊物元欧氏贴近度模型。依据2001—2012年河南省的统计资料,评价河南省的区域综合承载力,分析长时间序列变化规律,探讨促进和制约河南省区域综合承载力的单项指标。研究表明,2001—2012年间河南省区域综合承载力呈上升态势,可持续发展状况越来越优化。
Regional carrying capacity is an effective method to measure sustainable development. There are many shortcomings in current study of comprehensive carrying capacity. Base on the economic and social development in Henan Province, indicator system of the regional carrying capacity is built in this paper, which includes regional pressure, bearing pressure and regional exchanges factors. Integrated with the fuzzy matter-element and evaluation methods, fuzzy matter element european close model is established for evaluate the regional carrying capacity. According to the statistics of the Henan Province in 2001--2012, regional comprehensive carrying capacity is evaluated. The paper analyzes the long sequence variation, and discussed the promoting and restricting individual indicators in Henan Province. The results of evaluation show that the regional carrying capacity of the Henan Province from 2001 to 2012 presented an upward trend, and the sustainable development was becoming optimization from 2001 to 2012.
