摘要
在分析阳煤五矿赵家分区深埋大断面半煤回采巷道变形严重、支护失效原因的基础上,提出了将矩形断面顶角改为微拱形、调整锚杆参数以及施加底角锚索的方案,并利用FLAC3D数值模拟技术对新旧方案进行模拟分析,优化围岩控制措施,验证了支护方案的可行性。现场工业性试验表明:深埋大断面条件下,开挖顶角微拱形巷道后,先进行喷浆防风化再进行锚杆锚索+底角锚索的联合支护,可有效改善围岩受力情况,控制围岩变形,充分发挥锚杆锚索的支护作用,达到矿井安全高效生产的要求。
Based on cause analysis of severe deformation and supporting failure of mining gateway in Zhaojia region of Yangquan Coal Industry Group,the paper puts forward the scheme of changing the rectangular point angle to microarched angle,adj usting bolt parameters and ap-plying base angle's anchor,and then it utilizes FLAC3D technology to analyze the new and old supporting schemes to optimize the methods of surrounding rock control and verify the feasibility of the new supporting scheme. The field industrial test results show that after the deepburied largesection roadway with microarched point angle is excavated,before applying the joint support of boltcable and base angle anchor,guniting should be done to prevent weathering,which can improve the stress of surrounding rock and control the deformation,and give full play to boltcable support to meet the requirements of efficient and safe production.
