摘要
有效的管理对医院履行社会责任至关重要,医院管理人员作为管理队伍的中坚力量,需要在日常管理工作中充分运用前沿的管理理念,将管理工作制度化、规范化、信息化及人性化,及时反馈患者、医务人员的需求及满意度,提高管理效能和服务质量。因此,加强医院管理人员职业化培训就显得尤为重要。本文从教育培训、准入制度、激励机制、评价体系等方面分析现阶段职业化培训的有效做法,探讨医院管理人员职业化建设对提升医院管理效能的必要性及重要性。
The effective management method is important for hospital to fulfill the social responsibility. As the backbone of the management team, the administrative staff should be responsible to improve the management efficiency and service quality by means of acquiring the new management concept, enhancing the management of institutionalization, establishing the standardization, performing the humanization and timely giving feedbacks and satisfaction of patients. This essay aims to analyze the effective practices in terms of the professional training, the management mechanism, the motivation regular and the evaluation system so as to improve the hospital management efficiency.
