摘要
目的评价经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合三维技术在输卵管积水诊断中的临床价值。方法对经手术病理或碘油造影确诊为输卵管积水的78例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均分别采取经阴道二维彩色多普勒超声技术和经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合三维技术进行诊断,比较2种超声诊断方法的诊断符合率。结果经阴道二维彩色多普勒超声技术诊断输卵管积水的诊断符合率为80.8%(63/78),而经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合三维技术诊断输卵管积水的诊断符合率为97.4%(76/78),经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合三维技术诊断输卵管积水的诊断符合率显著高于经阴道二维彩色多普勒超声技术,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.16,P<0.01)。结论阴道彩色多普勒超声联合三维技术可提高输卵管积水的确诊率。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with three-dimensional technology in diagnosis of hydrosalpinx. Methods Data of 78 patients who were diagnosed as hydrosalpinx by pathology or lipiodol visualization contrast were analyzed retrospectively. All patients received diagnosis of transvaginal two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with three-dimensional technology,the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods were compared. Results The diagnostic accuracy of two dimensional ultrasonography was 80. 8%( 63 /78),and diagnostic accuracy of three dimensional ultrasonography was 97. 4%( 76 /78),the diagnostic accuracy of three dimensional ultrasonography was significantly higher than two dimensional ultrasonography( χ^2= 11. 16,P〈0. 01). Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with three-dimensional technology could improve the diagnosis rate of hydrosalpinx.
