摘要
目的 进一步探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）在干眼症患者泪液中的表达及其临床意义.方法 将研究对象分为干眼症组（n=40）和对照组（n=40）,在征得其知情同意后以毛细玻管轻置于穹窿结膜与球结膜交界处,使泪液引流入毛细玻管,分别收集左、右眼泪液并转移至同一离心管;用ELISA试剂盒测定以上泪液标本中的MMP-9浓度,并用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计分析.结果 健康对照组以及干眼症患者泪液中MMP-9的含量分别为850.6±69.44 μg/L及2 266.1±31.84 μg/L,统计学分析结果表明,干眼症患者泪液中MMP-9的含量明显高于健康对照组（t=3.65,P＜0.05）.结论 干眼症患者泪液中MMP-9的含量明显高于健康对照组,MMP-9可能在干眼症的发生发展中具有重要的临床价值.
Objective To disccuss the expression and its significance of MMP-9 （matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9） in tears of patients with xerophthalmia.Methods The subjects in the study were divided into two groups,patients with xerophthalmia （n 40） and the healthy individual（n 40）.The concentration of MMP-9 in tears was measured by ELISA.The data were analyzed with SPSS17.0 software.Results The concentrations of MMP-9 were respectively 850.6± 69.44 μg/L and 2 266.1±31.84 μg/L in the control group and the patients（t 3.65,P＜0.05）.Conclusion The concentration ofMMP-9 in patients with xerophthalmia was higher than that in the control group.MMP-9 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of xerophthalmia.
