摘要
目的:观察山精胶囊对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料建立大鼠高脂血症模型,将高脂血症大鼠按照血清TC,TG的水平随机分成空白组,模型组,山精胶囊高、中、低剂量组和心安胶囊组,给药10天后检测各组大鼠血脂水平和脂质过氧化水平。结果:与模型组相比,山精胶囊可以显著降低TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB和MDA的含量,升高HDL-C、ApoA1和NO的含量,增强SOD、GSH-Px的活性(P<0.05)。结论:山精胶囊可通过增强抗氧化酶活性,调整实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shanjing capsule on blood lipid of experimental hyperlipidemia rats.Methods:Use high fat feed to establish rats hyperlipidemia models .According to serum TC and TG lev-els, hyperlipidemia rats were randomly divided into blank group , model group, Shanjing capsule high, medi-um and low dose groups and Xin'an capsule group .Then we detected blood lipid levels and lipid peroxidation level indicators in each group after 10 days administration .Results: Compared with model group , Shanjing capsule could significantly decrease TC , TG, LDL-C, ApoB and MDA and increase HDL -C, ApoA1 and the content of NO and enhance the activities of SOD , GSH-Px ( P〈0 .05 ) .Conclusion: Shanjing capsule has an obviously adjusted effect on blood lipid of experimental hyperlipidemia rats by enhancing antioxidant enzyme activity .
