摘要
尝试将谐波运动规律运用在分度凸轮机构上,给出了谐波运动规律的数学描述,提出了其用于分度运动时的实现方法,并结合实际算例与修正正弦曲线运动规律在同等条件下进行了特性值的对比,体现了谐波运动规律的优点。最后分析了谐波运动规律中的相关参数对分度凸轮机构运动性能的影响。得出了一些具有理论和实用意义的结论。
Attempt has been made to use the harmonic motion curves on the indexing cam mechanisms, the mathematical description of the Harmonic Motion Curves was given, a realization method for indexing movement. Combined with an example was put forward, the characteristic value of the harmonic motion curves with the modified sin motion curves was compared under the same conditions, which reflects the advantages of the harmonic motion curves. At last, the relevant parameters of the harmonic motion curves for indexing cam mechanisms motion performance influence was analyzed, and the conclusion has a theoretical and practical significance.
