摘要
目的探讨脑瘫高危患儿饮食行为的护理干预效果。方法选取存在饮食行为问题的脑瘫高危患儿90例,分为干预组44例,对照组46例。对照组予婴儿喂养相关知识指导,干预组在此基础上指导喂养者对患儿进行口腔按摩刺激,干预3个月。比较干预后1个月、2个月、3个月两组患儿饮食行为评分的差异及对身高、体质量的影响,6个月复诊时了解疗效巩固情况。结果干预组患儿饮食行为评分在干预后1个月、2个月、3个月和6个月显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重复测量方差分析显示,干预组与对照组患儿饮食行为评分在不同时间的组内及组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组与对照组患儿平均体质量在不同时间的组间及组内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后不同时间患儿平均身高的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患儿平均身高差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用喂养知识宣教结合口腔按摩刺激法对脑瘫高危患儿饮食行为进行护理干预,能改善患儿的饮食行为,促进生长发育。
Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing interventions on dietary behavior of high-risk infants with cerebral palsy. Methods Ninety high-risk infants with cerebral palsy who had dietary problems were divided into two groups. Feeding guidance was provided for both groups. In addition,the guidance of mouth massage stimulation was provided in the experimental group for 3 months. The infants' dietary behavior,body height and body weight at i ,2 and 3 months after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention,the dietary behavior,body height and body weight were improved in both groups(P〈0.05). There were significant differenc'es in the dietary behavior and body weight between the two groups(P〈0.05),while no significant difference was found in body height(P〉0.05). Conclusion Combining feeding guidance with mouth massage stimulation can effectively improve the dietary behavior of high-risk infants with cerebra] palsy and promote infants' growth and development.
