摘要
目的：对回生第一散中的阿魏酸含量进行测定。方法对回生第一散样品用70%甲醇超声处理（功率160 W，频率50 kHz），在C18柱上以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（30∶70）为流动相；检测波长为320 nm处当归中阿魏酸的含量。结果阿魏酸在0.0186～0.8400μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，Y=0.0478＋10.6713X，相关系数r＝0.9998，RSD为0.96%（n＝6）。结论用高效液相法测定回生第一散药品当归中阿魏酸的含量，经方法学考察和回收率试验证明方法准确、灵敏、简便、快速，可作回生第一散质量控制的指标之一。
Objective To establish a method for assay of Huisheng No.1 Powder. Methods The sample was ultrasound processed with 70%methanol（power 160W,frequency 50 kHz）and analyzed by HPLC with C18 column. Ferulic acid of angelica was detected with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid（30：70）as mobile phase and detected wavelength of 320 nm. Results Ferulic acid in the range of 0.018 6-0.840 0μg had good linear relationship,Y=-4.720 8＋11.219 4 X. The correlation coefficient r =0.980 3. RSD was 0.90%（n =6）. Conclusion The method was sensitive, accurate,simple and reproducible.
