摘要
研究分析了在空气运动条件下肺功能各参数指标体系的构建和计算,分析了诸如最大摄氧量(VO2)等重要参数指标的计算方法和临床意义。测试实验中选择在污染区和洁净区,选择30人分别组成测试组和两个对比组进行CPET系统测试系能的研究和数据采集与分析。测试结果表明,测试组中的O2P在VO2max时低于低污染区的对比组,说明空气的污染可以导致人体的心肺功能产生负面影响。
The construction and algorithm of each index for the cardiopulmonary exercise testing system was analyzed. Theimportant parameters such as maximum oxygen uptake (VO2) were analyzed with its clinical significance and calculation algorithm. The test was developed in the pollution area and relative clear area, the testing group and two comparing groupswere formed for the experiment with 30 people. The test data as the CPET indexes were collected and analyzed. Test resultshows that the value of oxygen pulse O2P of the testing group is lower than the comparing group in the relative clear area. Itshows that the pollution of air can result in the negative effect for the cardiopulmonary function.
