摘要
以研制新型航空地面电源作为出发点,以逆变器为研究对象,研究了双BUCK组合式三相逆变电路加正弦脉宽调制控制技术,并对主电路的工作方式进行了详细分析,根据主电路的工作特点和工作状态选取了正弦脉宽调制控制(SPWM)方式,控制主电路IGBT的导通和关断,以达到控制输出电压的目的。最后介绍了输出为115 V/400 Hz的实验样机,给出了逆变器的实验数据,证明了该方案实现大功率逆变器的可行性。
This paper developed the model of aviation ground power supply as the starting point, and majoring in the designof inverter, then studied a technique which was the combination of dual buck inverter circuit and Sine Pulse Width Modulation(SPWM). The merit of way of woking of main circuit was described, based on which the SPWM was chosen to controlthe IGBT to change the output voltage. At last,the 115V/400Hz inverter prototype was described and the experiment results proven that plan was feasibility for the high power inverter.
