摘要
目的：探讨眼外伤后继发性青光眼的主要病因、临床表现及治疗方法。方法随机选取确诊为外伤所致继发性青光眼患者30例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果30例患者中眼内出血10例（33.3%）；晶体源性12例（40.0%）；房角挫伤8例（26.7%）。所有病例根据不同的眼外伤原因制定不同治疗方案，经手术和药物治疗后出院，定期随访3～9个月，其中眼内压处于正常水平为28例（93.3%）；视力恢复至正常水平80%以上为27例（90.0%）。结论眼外伤后继发性青光眼的发病原因复杂，应针对不同的病因进行治疗。
Objective To study the main causes of secondary glaucoma after trauma, clinical manifestation and treatment methods. Methods Randomly selected from a diagnosis of the clinical data of 30 patients with secondary glaucoma caused by trauma were retrospectively analyzed. Results 30 cases of patients with intraocular hemorrhage in 10 cases （33.3%）. Crystal source sex 12 cas-es （40.0%）; Corner contusion 8 cases （26.7%）. All cases according to the different reason for different treatment schemes of ocular trauma, discharged from hospital after surgery and drug treatment, regular follow-up of 3 to 9 months, the intraocular pressure in a normal level for 28 cases （93.3%）;Eyesight recovered to normal levels by more than 80%for 27 cases （90.0%）. Conclusion The etiology of secondary glaucoma after ocular trauma complicated, should be treated according to different causes.
