摘要
目的研究数字化医院建设的思路、方法及趋势。方法采用文献回顾法,阐述了数字化医院的概念及发展历程,分析了数字化医院的体系架构、建设模式等关键内容,介绍了数字化医院的未来发展趋势。结果数字化医院建设基于信息技术的发展,体系架构、建设思路、建设模式是关键要素,决定了数字化医院建设的方式与内容。结论数字化医院应以全面应用的医院管理信息系统、临床医疗信息系统、电子病历系统为基础,实现工作流程的优化整合、业务数据的集成共享、操作过程的实时监控、医疗资源的综合利用与医疗服务的区域协同。
Objective To research thinking, method and trend of digital hospital construction.Methods Based on literature review, conception and phylogeny of digital hospital were expounded, architecture and construction mode of digital hospital were analyzed, development trend of digital hospital in the future was introduced.Results Digital hospital construc-tion depends on development of information technology, architecture, construction thinking and mode are pivotal elements, which decided manner and content of digital hospital construction.Conclusion Digital hospital should base on comprehen-sively used HIS, CIS and EMRS, achieve optimization and coalition of work flow, integration and share of operation data, re-al-time monitor of operation process, integrated using of medical resource, regional collaboration of medical service.
