摘要
为减轻操作者的工作负担,汽车轮胎螺栓自动拧紧设备被引进到整车装配工艺中。文章对设备的关键部件进行了介绍,通过对使用过程中出现的设备高度调整、设备随行的侧向力消除、扭矩的控制与检测以及套筒的切换等问题的重点分析,说明方案设计中的关键点,对设备的前期设计选型有参考意义。对部分问题提出的解决方案可以丰富设备的专项研究资料库。
To ease the operators' workload, the auto tire bolts' automatic tightening equipment is introduced into vehicle assembly. This article describes the key components of the equipment, analyzes some key problems occurred during use such as equipment height adjustment, lateral force eliminating, torque control and detection and sleeve switching, demonstrates the key points in the program design, which provides references to the design and selection of equipment in early stage. Some solutions put forward can enrich the database of equipment's special research.
