摘要
目的:探讨β1β2肾上腺素能受体(β-AR)在针刺调节肠运动中的作用。方法:β1-/-β2-/-组(β1β2受体敲除)和对照组(正常野生型CL57BL/6)小鼠各15只,利用自制水囊测压头监测空肠内压,显示空肠运动情况,待压力稳定分别电针天枢、大肠俞两穴各2 min(15 Hz,2 mA)。观察并记录针刺前后空肠运动并分析数值变化。结果:β1-/-β2-/-组电针前后肠内压无明显变化;正常野生组小鼠天枢、大肠俞穴电针后肠内压值有极显著变化(P<0.01)。两组小鼠的腧穴效应方向基本一致。结论:针刺对肠运动的调节机制是多方面的,其中,β受体为介导电针调节空肠运动的关键因素之一。
Objective :To investigate the β1β2 -adrenergic receptor (β- AR) in acupuncture regulating bowel movement in rats. Methods: β1-/-β2-/-group (β1β2 receptor knockout) and control group (normal wildtype CI.57BL/6) mice,15 in each, were monitored jejunum pressure by using homemade bladders pressure. The jejunum sports were detected and when the pressure was stable,Tianshu and Dachangshu were needled respectively for 2 minutes ( 15 Hz,2mA). We observed and recorded the jejunum motion waveform before and after acupuncture and analyzed the numerical changes. Results:β1-/-β2-/- intestinal pressure before and after electro -acupuncture had no significant change. Normal wild mice' s intestinal pressure had a very significant change after EA ( P 〈 0.01 ). Two groups' acupoints effects were consistent with the direction. Conclusion:The effect of acupuncture for bowel movement adjustment is multifaceted,including β receptor mediating electroacupuncture regulating movement is one of the key factors.
