摘要
液压支架液控系统作为综采设备工作的重要保障,在井下采煤设备的运行过程中,扮演着极为重要的角色。列举了支架液控系统的主要组成部分和关键参数,并建立了液控系统的力学模型,从中找出改进液控系统性能的措施和方法,为综采工作面设备的良好运行提供了一定参考。
Hydraulic support control system as an important guarantee of fully mechanized coal mining equipment work,in the process of underground coal mining equipment,plays a very important role. This paper lists the maincomposition of hydraulic control system and the key parameters, and established the mechanical model ofhydraulic control system, find out the measures and methods to improve the performance of the hydraulic control system. It provides some reference for the goodoperation of equipment in fully mechanized coal mining face.
