磷酸肌酸钠对窒息新生儿血清心肌酶谱的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨磷酸肌酸钠对窒息新生儿血清心肌酶谱的影响。方法 :选取新生儿窒息患儿102例,根据不同的药物治疗方法将患儿分为观察组(51例,在对照组的基础上给予磷酸肌酸钠治疗)和对照组(51例,给予新生儿内科常规内科治疗),全部患儿检测血清心肌酶谱改变情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率(94.12%)明显高于对照组(74.51%)(P<0.05),治疗前,两组患儿血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)和磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3、7 d后,观察组上述指标均明显低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05),而对照组仅在治疗7 d后,上述指标治疗后较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且全部患儿无任何药物不良反应现象出现。结论 :磷酸肌酸钠能显著改善窒息新生儿血清心肌酶谱水平,降低心肌损伤程度,值得临床推广使用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of sodium phosphocreatine on serum myocardial enzyme spectrum in neonatal with asphyxia. Methods: One hundred and two neonatals with asphyxia were divided into a control group (51 cases, giving routine treatment at the department of neonatal internal medicine) and an observation group (51 cases, treated with the creatine phosphate sodium on the basis of the control group), and serum myocardial enzymes in all patients were detected. Results: The treatment efficiency in the observation group (94.12%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (74.51%) (P 〈 0.05). Comparisons of the levels of serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH), creatine kinase (CK) and creatine phosphate kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) between two groups showed no significant difference (P 〉 0.05) before treatment. After the patients were treated for 3, 7 days, the levels above-mentioned were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group and so did they after treatment than before treatment (P 〈 0.05) while these levels in the control group were significantly reduced only after treated for 7 days (P 〈 0.05). Adverse drug reaction was not found in all patients. Conclusion: Sodium phosphocreatine can significantly improve the level of serum myocardial enzymes in neonates with asphyxia, reduce the degree of myocardial injury and is worthy of clinical use.
