摘要
以氮气为载气,氯化锌化学活化制备羊骨炭,用其对苯酚模拟水样进行静态吸附实验,考察固液接触时间、温度、苯酚初始浓度和羊骨炭投加量对吸附效果的影响,拟合了Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附方程和3种动力学模型;采用SEM和BET等方法对羊骨炭的性能进行了表征。结果表明:苯酚溶液浓度为100 mg/L,温度为25℃,吸附时间为60 min,羊骨炭的投加量为1.5 g时苯酚的的除去率达到了96%。由Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温模型相关参数,吸附等温曲线在Brunauer 5种类型的等温吸附线中比较符合多分子层吸附等温线,吸附过程与准二级动力学模型吻合得较好。比表面积为149.87 m2/g,总孔体积为0.231 6 cm3/g。
Activated carbon derived from sheep bones was prepared by chemical activation method using ZnC12 and nitrogen as activating reagent and was used for the adsorption of phenol. Influences of contact time, temperature, initial concentration of phenol and dosage on adsorption effect were investigated with adsorption isotherm, to fit with Langmuir equation, Freundlich equation and kinetic models. Results showed that the phenol removal rate from solution was over 96% when initial phenol concentration was 100 mg/L, activated carbon dosage with 1.5 g at 25 ℃ and contact time for 1 h. The adsorption isotherm curve fitted well with the isotherm equations and pseudo-second-order model with BET surface area 149.87 m^2/g and total pore volume 0.231 6 cm^3/g.
