摘要
女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)是女性常见病、多发病,主要是由于盆底支持结构损伤所致。三维超声不仅能清晰显示盆底结构,而且还能从形态和功能方面为女性PFD的临床诊断和治疗提供更为直观的影像学证据。本文就PFD的影像解剖基础及三维超声在PFD的诊断、治疗中的应用进展作一综述。
Pelvic floor dysfunction（PFD） is a frequently encountered disease for women, which was mainly due to the damage of pelvic floor support structure.Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging provides more evidence for female PFD diagnosis from form and function can image the pelvic floor structure clearly.This paper reviews the anatomy of the pelvic floor, and the application of the three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of PFD.
