摘要
现阶段执行的国家标准要求的铲斗油缸单独作用下的最大挖掘力测量位置与实际可测量位置不在同一点,且现有的最大挖掘力的一般计算方法未考虑伸缩臂式挖掘装置和铲斗摇臂特殊位置的需求。通过建立铲斗相关结构模型,考虑伸缩臂结构和摇臂的特殊结构以及测试过程的实际情况,分析实际测力位置与标准要求位置处最大挖掘力的关系,提供了实际可行的最大挖掘力测量方法。通过试验验证了该方法的可行性,为最大挖掘力的测试、评价提供参考。
The test positions of bucket cylinder's maximum digging force are different between national standard's demands and attainable actuality,and the maximum digging force's simple algorithm unconsidered the demands of telescopic excavator and the bucket linkage's walking bar rod. According to the special structures and the actuality of test, a new algorithm about bucket cylinder's maximum digging force is built through the bucket' structural model, and the maximum digging force's relationship of national standard's demands and attainable actuality are got,whicb offer a practicable algorithm. A test results certify that the test method is adaptive for test and evaluation.
